Procurement Manager

The following position is to join our Enterprise Services Procurement organization as a Procurement Manager (note : this role is for an individual contributor position) to lead the sourcing and acquisition of materials and services for complex test equipment, while managing supplier performance and purchase orders throughout their life cycle against DoD, FMS, DCS, and internal spend.

What You Will Do

• Review drawings, specifications, and purchase history to determine sourcing strategy
• Work with and review Statement of Work (SOW) documents
• Preparation and issuance of request for quotations / proposals (RFQs / RFPs)
• Perform price and cost analysis
• Develop strategies in support of and lead formal negotiations on price, delivery, scope, and terms & conditions
• Work closely with program customers and other functional groups (operations, quality, engineering, etc) to achieve objectives
• Place purchase orders of medium to high complexity in accordance with all regulatory (FAR / DFAR), corporate policy, and internal procedures
• Maintain purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely supplier delivery information
• Manage performance to meet key metrics
• Serve as the escalation path for consumers or stakeholders

The salary range for this role is 101,000 USD - 203,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate's work experience, location, education / training, and key skills. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company's performance.
