Summary :
Plans, organizes, and supervises controls engineer and electrical designer activities.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with a wide range of functional areas.
- Assist in forecasting and scheduling of projects and manpower.
- Collaborate w / Project Managers to plan and schedule controls portion of project assignments.
- Responsible for providing employee leadership, training & development, performance reviews, hiring, counseling and / or termination of employment of direct reports.
- Responsible for project budget compliance and schedule adherence.
Education and / or Experience :
Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering
