Competitive pay : $80,000-$130,000 annually (hourly base + performance bonuses)

Full-time schedule : Tuesday-Saturday, 40-50 hours / week

On-call rotation with advanced scheduling

You’ll be more than just an installer, you’ll be a respected leader on the team

What You’ll Be Doing

Lead residential HVAC installations (heating, cooling, and ventilation systems)

Ensure installations meet all local codes and manufacturer specifications

Guide and train apprentices or junior installers on best practices

Perform system start-ups and verify performance

Keep jobsites clean, organized, and safe from start to finish

Communicate clearly with customers and answer questions about their new systems

Work closely with the install coordinator and warehouse team to keep projects on schedule

Location : Rifle, CO and nearby areas

5+ years of HVAC installation experience (lead-level preferred)

Current EPA Certification

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record

Experience with hydronic systems is a plus, but not required

Strong leadership skills and ability to manage a small team

Ability to read and follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals

A commitment to doing clean, efficient, and code-compliant work

Good communication skills and a professional attitude
