The Team : This position reports directly to the Director, Mergers, Acquisitions & Investments. The growing team is responsible for sourcing, negotiating, and executing acquisition and investment opportunities. We operate as a cohesive team to meet our continuously shifting priorities and are accountable for our individual portfolio of work. Each member of the team is energetic, curious, business minded and self-motivated.
The Impact : You are supporting a broad range of corporate development activities for a business of approximately $20 billion in revenue and over 42,000 employees world-wide.
Using your communication and interpersonal skills, strong judgment, and broad range of M&A and investing experience, you will coordinate complex processes across large teams and take responsibility for day-to-day management of transactions. Your confidence and partnership will help others get to objective as you work with them to lead through transaction.

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $146,109 to $252,227 . Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual’s geographic location, as well as experience level, skill set, training, licenses and certifications.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
