As part of the continued growth and innovation of our Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Advisory services, ERM has an opportunity for an experienced leader to join our global consulting firm as a Director / Partner and become a true owner and shareholder in a business with Sustainability at its heart. Candidates will ideally be located proximate to major markets including New York, NY, Boston, MA, Houston, TX, Washington, DC, Chicago, IL, or San Francisco area, CA .

Responsibilities
Primary focus on client development, sales, and delivery of the full spectrum of ERM’s consulting services to deliver strategic value to our clients. In particular, play a key role in growing ERM’s EHS and Sustainability M&A Advisory business across its broad portfolio of service offerings :
Actively develop commercial strategies to pursue and win new business opportunities that result in significant revenue growth with target clients aligned with ERM’s global strategy.

Compensation and Benefits
For the Partner, Mergers & Acquisitions Advisory (Director Level) position, we anticipate the annual base pay of $150,000 – $165,000 (USD). An employee’s pay position within this range will be based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, geographic location, performance, shift, travel requirements, sales or revenue‑based metrics, and business or organizational needs. This job may be eligible for bonus pay (casual and fixed term / flex force employees are NOT bonus eligible).
