We are seeking a Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Architect to join our team. This role will involve architecting, deploying, and managing scalable Azure cloud environments while leading DevOps initiatives that enhance automation, security, and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience in Azure Cloud, Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, and infrastructure automation , with a passion for cloud performance optimization and DevOps transformation.

Job Description :

As a Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Architect , you will lead the design, implementation, and management of enterprise-grade cloud solutions in Microsoft Azure. The Cloud Infrastructure & DevOps Architect will define and drive DevOps strategies, establish automation frameworks, and ensure the infrastructure meets security, compliance, and performance standards. This role requires strong leadership in guiding cloud and DevOps engineers toward continuous improvement and technical excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Cloud Infrastructure Management

Architect, deploy, and manage scalable cloud environments using Microsoft Azure.

Oversee infrastructure automation with Terraform, Ansible, and related tools.

Optimize performance, cost efficiency, and reliability of cloud services.

Implement infrastructure security best practices and compliance controls.

2. DevOps Strategy & Implementation

Define and execute DevOps strategies, tools, and frameworks for continuous delivery.

Build, maintain, and optimize CI / CD pipelines using GitHub Actions and Azure DevOps.

Automate deployment, testing, and monitoring processes to streamline delivery cycles.

Ensure seamless collaboration between development and operations teams.

3. Leadership & Team Management

Lead, mentor, and upskill a team of cloud and DevOps engineers.

Establish goals, metrics, and best practices for DevOps and cloud operations.

Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and technical excellence.

4. Security & Compliance

Ensure compliance with SOC 2, ISO 27001, and other regulatory standards.

Collaborate with InfoSec teams to manage identity, access control, and data protection.

Implement observability, monitoring, and incident response processes.

5. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

Research and introduce emerging cloud and DevOps technologies.

Drive efficiency, scalability, and resilience through automation and innovation.

Participate in capacity planning, disaster recovery, and performance optimization initiatives.
