Tennessee State Veterans Home – Murfreesboro is currently looking for an experienced RN Staff Development Coordinator join our team. The RN Staff Development Coordinator will be responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating educational programs for the nursing staff to promote professional development and enhance patient care. This role will require excellent teaching and communication skills, as well as a strong understanding of nursing principles and standards.

We are looking for a passionate and dedicated individual who is committed to promoting excellence in nursing practice through education and professional development. Qualifications :

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing or related field required; master’s degree preferred
• Minimum of 2 years of nursing experience with proven expertise in staff development and education
• Strong knowledge of nursing standards, laws, and regulations
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams
• Proficient in the use of technology and various computer programs / systems
