BayMark Health Services’ Residential Treatment Division (RTC) is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist to support full-cycle recruiting for our residential treatment and recovery programs. In this role, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers and leadership to identify, attract, and hire outstanding medical, clinical, and support professionals who are dedicated to helping individuals achieve lasting recovery.

What You’ll Do

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing through offer acceptance
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies
• Source top talent through job boards, social media, networking, and industry events
• Conduct interviews and evaluate candidates for skills, cultural fit, and passion for patient care
• Maintain accurate data and metrics in our ATS to ensure a seamless candidate experience
• Provide ongoing updates and insights to leadership on recruiting progress and trends
