Construction Manager

The following will be completed during Phase 1 work :

Mobilize to site

Pay for and pick up permits

Perform any IR scanning and utility locating

Begin transport and set OFCI Equipment

Install vault and duct bank

Grade Beams, Footings, Stem Walls Slab on Grade

Pouring of concrete vaults

Order HM Door Frames and Hardware (materials)

Roofing and sheet metal

Install new door, frame and hardware

Electrical Underground

Waste Management

Temporary equipment labeling

The following will be completed during Phase 2 work :

Installation and placement, termination and testing of rental generators

Complete installation of duct bank

Cutover building to temporary power

Removal of existing generators

Pouring of new concrete pad

Placement of new generators and remaining electrical gear

Commissioning, IR testing and start-up of OFCI equipment (to be done by other party than installers as per Electrical Notes)

Patching, painting and casework

Asphalt Paving,

Electrical including termination of OFCI equipment

Waste Management

Fuel generators

Final Labeling - equipment

Commissioning, IR testing and start-up of OFCI equipment done by others (Done by other party than installers as per Electrical Notes)

De-mobilization and final site cleaning

Provide closeout documentation and asset management support

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $55.00 / hr.
