Construction Manager is tasked with managing new builds, renovations, and expansions of Fulfillment Centers across the US, ensuring effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.

Experience in at least two disciplines within the construction industry, including General Contracting, Owner's Representation, Commercial Development, Engineering & Design, or similar Success in communicating project requirements to various audiences Experience in facilities management or similar roles, including planning, design review, implementation, and project management / control of new structures and existing buildings Program management of concurrent projects Project Management accreditation (PMP or similar)

Intermediate Level

The pay range for this position is $68.00 - $68.00 / hr.
