This role is hybrid, requiring three days per week onsite in our Needham, MA headquarters.

We are seeking a Financial Services Enterprise Architect to join Advisor360's Onboarding Team. In this post-sales leadership role, you will act as the strategic and technical authority for new enterprise clients, ensuring seamless implementation of Advisor360's wealth management solutions. You will bridge the gap between client business needs and Advisor360's technology, guiding executives, operations leaders, and IT stakeholders through onboarding, integration, and adoption to deliver measurable business outcomes.

As a senior leader, you will not only design and deliver complex onboarding solutions but also shape enterprise onboarding methodologies, mentor team members, influence product strategy, and represent Advisor360 in presales and executive engagements. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of technology, financial services, and client transformation.

Here's What You'll Do :

• Client Engagement & Advisory

Serve as the primary senior technical and business authority during onboarding, collaborating with executive-level client stakeholders.

Lead solution architecture for large-scale enterprise onboarding programs, balancing business objectives, compliance standards, and operational efficiency.

Act as the bridge between sales commitments and delivery execution, ensuring continuity from pre-sales through post-sales onboarding.

Drive enterprise client adoption and early measurable value realization during onboarding.

The estimated base salary range for this position is $179,000 - 207,000
