Director of Business Development

A company is looking for a Director, Business Development to drive Learning and Development services in the life sciences sector.

Key Responsibilities :

Set up meetings with key decision makers to identify and close opportunities

Proactively target and expand new and existing accounts

Consult with internal teams to craft solutions and manage the sales process

Required Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree is required

7-10 years of experience in selling Learning and Development services to the pharmaceutical industry

Proven track record of achieving quotas in excess of $3M

Experience with consultative selling and developing strategic client relationships

Familiarity with SalesForce for pipeline management is preferred
