Position Responsibilities :

• Works together with the Supervisor to ensure proper staffing levels for smooth shift operations.
• Monitors the use of sick leave and earned time to avoid any misuse.
• Ensures team members understand policies and procedures clearly, following set guidelines.
• Checks reports from subordinates for accuracy, clarity, and readability prior to submission.
• Supervises subordinate behavior and promptly resolves any conduct issues.
