One of their key focuses is within the Multi-Family sector where they work on large scale projects.
They are currently looking for a Assistant Project Manager for a large scale project in Palm beach County.
Key Experience
- Experience in construction management, with exposure to ground-up projects (multi-family experience preferred)
- Strong organizational and administrative skills with attention to detail
- Knowledge of construction practices, codes, and safety standards
- Proficiency with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ambitious, proactive, and eager to develop into a Project Management role
Key Duties
Support Project Managers and Superintendents in planning, coordinating, and executing ground-up construction projectsAssist with project documentation, submittals, RFIs, change orders, and progress reportsHelp track project schedules, budgets, and deliverables to ensure deadlines are metCoordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and site crews to maintain project flowMonitor safety compliance and support quality control processesParticipate in project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action itemsAssist in resolving project-related issues and maintain effective communication across all teams
