Job descriptionConduct regular vehicle patrols of assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises. - Monitor and report suspicious activities, safety hazards, and security breaches. - Respond to alarms, emergencies, and incidents, providing assistance and support as needed. - Maintain a visible and professional presence while on duty. - Enforce company policies and procedures and local, state, and federal laws. - Prepare detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and observations. - Collaborate with local law enforcement and emergency services when necessary. - Provide excellent customer service to clients, visitors, and employees. - Participate in ongoing training and professional development programs. Must possess a current BSIS Guard Card. - Must have a valid Exposed Firearms Permit. - Must have a clean driving record for 5 years - High school diploma or equivalent. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in security or law enforcement preferred. - Strong observational and problem-solving skills. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Must be at least 21 years of age. - Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. - Ability to pass a comprehensive background check and drug screening. Ability to stand, walk, and drive for extended periods. - Ability to lift up to 50 pounds. - Must be able to work in various weather conditions. Competitive pay up to $28.00 per hour following the completion of the probationary period and department review. - Health, dental, and vision insurance. - 40 hours of sick pay - 401(k) retirement plan with company match. - Opportunities for career advancement and professional development.
