Job Posting : Homecare Sales and Marketing Specialist - North Dallas

Location : North Dallas, TX (Hybrid Remote / In-Field) Employment Type : Full-Time

Compensation : $45k-$60k Base Salary, + uncapped commission, and bonus

On Target Cash Pay Range : On target earnings of $70k-$100k

Position Overview - Homecare Sales and Marketing Specialist

The Sales and Marketing position in the home care industry is responsible for promoting the company's care services, expanding client reach, and building strong community relationships. This role focuses on developing and implementing sales strategies, increasing referrals, and enhancing brand visibility within the healthcare and senior care sectors. The ideal candidate will understand the unique needs of clients and families seeking home care, effectively communicate the value of services, and drive business growth through targeted marketing initiatives and partnerships with healthcare professionals and community organizations.
