Principal Water Engineer

T&M Associates is looking for a Principal Water Engineer to join our growing Columbus, Ohio office. This is a hybrid role, offering flexibility with a balance of remote work and in-office collaboration. We're seeking an experienced professional with 7+ years in water and wastewater planning, design, and construction administration, ready to lead impactful projects and guide multi-discipline teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil, Environmental Engineering, or a related field (required)
• 7+ years of progressive experience in water / wastewater process, treatment, and distribution projects
• 2+ years of project management experience preferred
• Ohio Professional Engineer (PE) license strongly preferred
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and Civil3D desired
• MS Office and MS Project experience required
• Strong communication skills with proven ability to work with clients and cross-discipline teams

Key Responsibilities

T&M Associates is committed to pay transparency and equitable compensation practices in compliance with applicable laws. T&M estimates that the salary range for this position will fall between $104,500 - $135,000The actual salary offered may vary within this range, depending on a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, educational qualifications, specific skills and knowledge, as well as internal pay equity and geographic location.
