Insight Global is assisting a client in the manufacturing industry in the identification of a leader to fill a FP&A Manager opening outside of Swedesboro. This role is pivotal in developing the sales forecasting and driving metrics for commercial development while overseeing all financial planning and analysis activities, including budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and managerial reporting. This role partners closely with Operations and Sales leadership to provide financial insights to drive profitability. This position is a member of the Finance & Administration team and works closely with the Controller and VP of Finance to ensure the integrity of financial records.

Manage cost accounting and FP&A operations

Develop and maintain cost accounting systems to monitor and analyze performance and company cost structure.

Work with the Planning and Performance Control team to ensure inventory and manufacturing accuracy.

Monitor plant and corporate financial performance, identify areas of improvement, and recommend actionable solutions.

Collaborate with department heads to develop budgets and monitor financial targets.

Prepare and present reports and forecasts to senior management, highlighting trends, performance drivers, and risks. Ensure compliance with Group accounting policies and procedures.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 3-5 years of progressive experience in financial planning, analysis, and cost accounting
• Strong analytical, modeling, and problem-solving skills
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with ERP and financial reporting systems
• Demonstrated ability to interpret complex data and communicate insights effectively to non-financial stakeholders
• Master's degree or CPA / CMA preferred
• Manufacturing environment experience
• Power BI experience
