Luxembourg Licensed Senior Legal Counsel

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Counsel to provide legal support across commercial and regulatory activities in the UK and EMEA.

Key Responsibilities

Lead legal support for commercial contracting, corporate governance, data protection / privacy, compliance, and employment law

Manage complex legal matters and provide strategic legal advice to cross-functional teams

Support global expansion efforts and oversee multiple negotiations effectively

Required Qualifications

Qualified solicitor in Luxembourg

8-12 years of post-qualification experience, preferably in a large law firm focused on transactional work

Extensive experience in drafting and negotiating commercial contracts, including SaaS agreements

Strong understanding of contractual and business risk issues, including data protection and information security

Proven ability to manage complex projects and work independently while collaborating with global teams
