Our client, a leader in the financial services space, is looking to add a contract Digital and Social Media Publishing Specialist to their growing team. This role will be remote, 36-40 hours per week and through January 2026, potential to extend.
The ideal candidate has had some experience with uploading social media posts for Meta and LinkedIn, YouTube videos, and can put some basic HTML on a blog article (H2s, H3s, etc).

Client is continuing to build a world class Performance Media and Creative Organization committed to driving results with our retail and payments partners while also delivering leading customer experiences. We're seeking a motivated Digital and Social Media Publishing Specialist to serve as a hands-on-keyboard blog and social media publisher, researcher, and analyst, supporting business units across the enterprise. This role will execute and optimize efficient organic content across platforms, including our website, Facebook / Instagram, LinkedIn, and potentially other channels.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage content calendars for enterprise blogs and social handles, updating with new campaigns and posts as needed.
- Ensure timely posting for both planned campaigns and last-minute requests, following established workflows.
- Act as a liaison with creative and agency partners for asset delivery, uploads, scheduling, etc.
- Manage YouTube uploads for the enterprise.
- Turn Word documents into HTML files; work with the publishing team to ensure accurate, SEO-optimized publication.
- Collaborate with analytics, SEO, paid media, digital creative, media ops, strategy, and other internal teams on measurement, tagging, link building and reporting.
- Perform as an in-house researcher for Social and Creative best practices.
- Support for Content and Social team on tagging, categorization and auditing in social and content intelligence tools.
- Perform other publishing duties as required.

Bachelor's Degree or in lieu of degree, high school diploma / GED and 2+ years marketing experience1+ years of hands-on experience executing social media campaigns and publishing calendarsDesired Characteristics :
