Qualifications
We are looking for a strategy and planning expert, a team player who can quickly establish rapport and credibility throughout Intuit.
Intuit Business Operations acts as a source of future leaders within the company and we expect exceptional leadership skills and potential.
To be successful in this role, the candidate must have the following :
10+ years of work experience in roles defining strategy and delivering transformational impact across an organization.
Examples include experience in a top tier consulting firm focused on strategy and implementation, being part of a strategy or business operations team in a technology company, and / or helping improve efficiency or effectiveness in a business function of a technology company.
- Experience defining and / or executing strategic and operational planning in one or multiple 250+ person organizations
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills, demonstrated ability to use data and metrics to support assumptions, develop business cases, and complete root cause analyses
- Demonstrated ability to understand large scale, end-to-end processes, come up to speed quickly on new business domains, identify areas of opportunity and understand the interdependencies and risks in change
- Ability to create an environment of trust within and beyond the working team, creating a network through which to drive change
- Bias for action, ability to deal with ambiguity, and natural perseverance to overcome obstacles and deliver outcomes
- Well-rounded interpersonal skill set with the ability to build strong, trust-based relationships with senior executives, leaders, peers and junior employees, creating a foundation from which to drive change at scale
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate complex information in a way that resonates across diverse groups of stakeholders, shapes strategic decisions, and generates momentum for meaningful change
- Strong process design, project management and change management skills
- Strong academic record required. BS / BA required, or equivalent experience. MBA or equivalent from a nationally recognized institution preferred.

Responsibilities
- Quickly obtain an in-depth understanding of the end-to-end enterprise financial, planning and execution landscape at Intuit to act as the foundation for defining enterprise-scale transformational change
- Assess planning and execution effectiveness, visibility to progress, and our ability to communicate executive level status and insights for both enterprise planning and execution
- Define the principles and strategy for enterprise planning and portfolio management improvements, in partnership with cross-functional planning leaders, to drive company-level outcomes that enhance the entire planning experience and outcomes
- Lead & participate in customer empathy exercises to inform recommendations; take in-person data collection through to insights and hypotheses
- Through definition, experimentation and implementation of planning process improvements, based on scaled Agile best practices customized for Intuit, continue to build out our collective planning mindset and outcomes as a competitive advantage
- Partner with stakeholder and development teams to define requirements for planning tools, roadmapping and data & analytics
- Create partnerships within Product Management, Engineering, Program Management, Enterprise Architecture, Finance and with Senior Executives across the entire company to define and lead change
- Contribute to day-to-day operations support for the E2E Planning process
- Be a leader / teacher who role models the Intuit values and business operations domain expertise

Intuit provides a competitive compensation package with a strong pay for performance rewards approach. The expected base pay range for this position is Bay Area California $191,000-258,5000, Southern California $185,000-250,000.
This position will be eligible for a cash bonus, equity rewards and benefits, in accordance with our applicable plans and programs .
Pay offered is based on factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and work location. To drive ongoing pay equity for employees, Intuit conducts regular comparisons across categories of ethnicity and gender.
