The Business Analyst II serves as a mid-level analyst within the CRA Reporting Team, responsible for complex reporting, analytics, and compliance support activities. This role ensures the accuracy, consistency, and timeliness of CRA-related data, while also supporting strategic decision-making through advanced analytics and reporting solutions. The BA II partners with business units, compliance, and senior leadership to maintain regulatory alignment and enhance the bank’s CRA performance monitoring framework.
Responsibilities
Data Management & Analytics :
Design, build, and maintain Tableau dashboards that monitor CRA lending, investment, and service activity across multiple business lines.
Regulatory Reporting & Compliance Support :

Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree and 3 years of experience in System Support or Analytics OR High School Diploma or GED and 7 years of experience in System Support or Analytics
Preferred Experience : Analytics, or Modeling, or Reporting experience
Preferred Skills :
Advanced Advanced Data Analytical, Business Analytics, and Computer Software skills preferred
Interpersonal communication skills preferred
Expert-level proficiency in Tableau, Alteryx, Excel, and SharePoint
Strong knowledge of CRA regulatory framework, lending / investment reporting rules, and related compliance requirements
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and ability to manage large, complex datasets
Skilled in managing ad hoc requests under tight deadlines while maintaining accuracy
Effective written and verbal communication skills to convey findings to multiple levels of leadership
Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment
