• Full Time opportunities available for various shifts

• Competitive pay starting at $34.50 - $37 per hour, with shift differentials reaching up to $46.00
• \n\nAs a Licensed Practical Nurse, your essential role will ensure the comfort and well-being of our residents. You will provide direct patient care, administer medications, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and oversee the execution of personalized care plans.\n\nKey Responsibilities : \n
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.\n
• Monitor and document patient vital signs and medical information.\n
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.\n
• Provide wound care and other necessary nursing interventions.\n
• Supervise and support Certified Nurse Assistants (CNAs) in delivering high-quality care.\n
