• Part Time & Per Diem Day Shift : 7 : 00 A.M - 3 : 00 P.M

Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Evening Shift : 3 : 00 PM – 11 : 00 PM

Full Time, Part Time & Per Diem Night Shift : 11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM

What You’ll Do :

Provide high-quality, compassionate care under the supervision of an RN.

Administer medications and treatments per physician orders and care plans.

Monitor residents’ conditions and report changes to the nursing team.

Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.

What You’ll Bring :

Current and valid LPN license (New Hampshire)
