Talent Sourcer

A company is looking for a Talent Sourcer to support and build its talent division.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively source candidates and maintain an organized pipeline for roles

Schedule screening calls and communicate updates to candidates

Assist with administrative tasks and support recruitment operations

Required Qualifications

1-2 years of experience in talent sourcing, recruiting, sales, or customer service

Comfort using LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools

Proficiency with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)

Experience with ATS systems, preferably Bullhorn

A genuine interest in design, creativity, and digital innovation
