Job Description
Oversee all field operations for adaptive reuse projects ranging from 50 to 300 residential units. Manage project schedules, budgets, and quality standards to ensure timely and successful delivery. Coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and design teams to resolve challenges and maintain workflow. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout all phases of construction. Serve as the primary point of contact on-site, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.

The Successful Applicant
Minimum 10 years of construction experience, with at least 5 years in a superintendent role. Proven track record managing adaptive reuse or large-scale renovation projects. Experience with multi-family projects (50-300 units) is required. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to navigate complex urban construction environments and maintain project momentum.
