Senior Recruiter

A company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to join their team.

Key Responsibilities

Work closely with Hiring Managers to understand business requirements and assigned roles

Screen resumes, conduct candidate interviews, and present qualified candidates to Hiring Managers

Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure positive representation of the employer brand

Required Qualifications

5+ years of experience as a Recruiter or Talent Specialist

Familiarity with HR databases, CRM, and ATS

Experience with various sourcing tools and methods

Tenacious drive to solve challenging talent-focused business problems

Comfortable working in a remote environment
