We are looking for an experienced leader to join us as an Associate Vice President, Project Management. As a strategic leader in the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO), you will oversee a team of project managers and delivery professionals, ensuring that projects are executed with precisionon time, within budget, and aligned with customer expectations. You'll be instrumental in evolving our project governance framework, enhancing cross-functional collaboration, and delivering measurable business impact.

What Our Associate Vice President, Project Management Will Do

• Lead and mentor project managers and department leaders across multiple complex initiatives
• Define and communicate Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO) goals, strategy, KPIs, and financial performance
• Drive strategic direction and implementation for the Enterprise Project Management Organization (EPMO)
• Oversee planning, execution, reporting, and resource management for concurrent projects
• Guide performance management, talent development, and workforce planning
• Foster a culture aligned with company strategy, values, and guiding principles
• Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal and external partners
• Lead business process improvements and change management initiatives
• Provide strategic input to executive leadership and support execution

We continuously analyze and update our salary ranges for our roles according to market trends to not only ensure our employees are paid fairly, but also help close gender, race, and disability wage gaps. Along with the benefits listed above, the salary range for this role is $140,000 - $220,000, commensurate with experience.

Languages for Qubec candidates : The knowledge of French is required for positions permanently located in Quebec. The English language is required for this position in order to communicate with clients, partners, and colleagues, who are strictly located outside of Qubec. French-language training will be offered to candidates who do not have a good knowledge of French.
