REQUIREMENTS : Quality Assurance Engineer
- US Citizenship
- BS and experience in manufacturing highly recommended, or equivalent experience
- Formal qualification to be related to field of work.
- Previous manufacturing or training experience in electronics assembly
- The ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences.
- Designing courses, modules, and training materials that align with learning objectives.
- Communication skills - Clear communication skills are essential for delivering training sessions, facilitating workshops, and collaborating with stakeholders.
Must Be able to convey complex information in a simple and relatable manner.
- Teaching skills to impart technical knowledge.
- PowerPoint, video creation and editing tools., JOB DESCRIPTION : Quality Assurance Engineer In this role, you will drive quality actions to ensure team members (Hourly and Salary) have the required training to do their job.Daily activities include :
- Understanding the specific needs of the organization and its employees.
- Working with subject matter experts to develop quality specific shop floor training.
- Conduct thorough needs assessments to tailor learning solutions.

- Solid manufacturing process knowledge / experience.
