As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will monitor and patrol logistics and distribution locations to help create a secure environment for employees and visitors. Your presence will help to deter security-related incidents while you conduct routine patrols throughout the facility. What You'll Do

Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites. Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education. Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams. Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service. Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to our clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies and / or emergency response activities as needed. Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to support the operations at the logistics and distribution location. Conduct regular and random patrols around the facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and promote a secure environment. Observe and report any security-related irregularities or suspicious activities encountered during patrols within the logistics and distribution setting. Communicate professionally with site staff, visitors, and drivers to address inquiries and provide assistance as required. Document all incidents, observations, and actions taken in accordance with Allied Universal protocols and client requirements.

What We're Looking For

Availability across various days and shifts. Reliability and ability to adapt to different post assignments. A desire to gain broad experience and grow within the company. Interest in transitioning into full-time roles when available.

Minimum Requirements

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws. Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws. As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law. Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
