Job description

We are seeking a Permanent Family Medicine Physician in Vermont.

Permanent Family Medicine Physician

Position Type : Permanent

Specialty : Physician - Family Medicine (Internal Medicine also accepted)

Location : Vermont

Rate : Open & Negotiable

Shift : Monday Friday, 8 : 00 AM 5 : 00 PM

Start Date : Fall 2025

End Date : N / A

Position Details :

Patient Population : Adults and pediatrics in an outpatient clinic

Setting : Outpatient Brattleboro Family Medicine

Responsibilities :

  • Provide full-spectrum family or internal medicine outpatient care
  • Average daily census of 14 patients
  • 32 hours patient-facing + 8 hours administrative duties
  • Participate in 1 : 11 on-call rotation (phone calls only)
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
  • Support quality improvement and succession planning

Required Procedures : None specified

EMR System : Not specified

Support Staff : Multidisciplinary team in place

Days Per Month : Full-time (Monday Friday)

On-Call / Weekends : Call 1 : 11 phone call only

Submission Requirements :

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine REQUIRED
  • DEA REQUIRED
  • BLS REQUIRED
  • Clean Malpractice History REQUIRED
  • Active Vermont Medical License (or ability to obtain before start) REQUIRED
  • Must be able to start by Fall 2025 REQUIRED
