Primary Care Physician (PCP) A Primary Care Physician (PCP) is needed in South Central, VT. South Central Vermont offers scenic beauty, outdoor recreation, and a high quality of life with access to national forests, ski resorts, and vibrant small-town communities. This opportunity is with a respected, mission-driven FQHC that provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, and care management services across multiple sites.
