Job Summary :
Paving Crew Member is essential to the application of asphalt on heavy highways / road construction projects.
Minimum Qualifications :
- High School diploma or GED required
- Proven experience operating various types equipment
- Strong focus on safety and ability to recognize safety issues
- Strong work ethic and focus on quality
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Ability to listen and follow directions
- Excellent attention to detail and task oriented
- Ability to read plans and understand tasks at hand
- Requires flexible work schedule, including days, nights, and weekends
