What You'll Do :

• Responsible for all aspects of customer service and sales support.
• Create new orders in internal systems as required.
• Initial quotes, process approvals, shippers, and invoice requests according to priority.
• Ensure all pertinent information is captured and entered into ERP.
• Interface with Operations to expedite / prioritize delivery scheduling of services.
• Interface with Customers, Sales, Operations, and Shipping / Receiving to resolve issues and answer questions.
• Review and manage workflow schedules to proactively manage open orders.
