Join the team at Valencia Terrace! The Care Services Director manages and directs a high-quality Assisted Living Program providing superior care services delivered with compassion. As a motivational leader this individual supervises and coordinates resident assessments, medications, safety procedures, and department budgets.

Daily Responsibilities

• Complete accurate and regular resident assessments
• Determine the appropriate level of care
• Maintain all resident information, files, and reports
• Supervise and administer all resident medications
• Maintain emergency plans and meet all safety requirements
• Coordinate care provided by third parties, maintaining positive relationships with a variety of third-party care providers
• Manage Assisted Living budget and expenses
• Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing
• Conduct departmental planning and forecasting
• Hire and train care team associates
• Manage and improve resident and family satisfaction
