Responsibilities

Policy Management : Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and cancellations as necessary to meet their insurance needs.
Documentation : Accurately maintain records of customer interactions, transactions, and notes to ensure a streamlined workflow.
Problem Resolution : Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex client issues, ensuring client satisfaction is maintained.
Information Dissemination : Educate policyholders on their coverages, policy changes, and updates to cultivate informed decision-making.
Customer Relationship Building : Develop and maintain positive, long-lasting relationships with clients to reinforce agency loyalty.
Requirements
Experience : A minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Education : High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree a plus.
Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to effectively handle customer inquiries.
Problem-Solving : Strong analytical skills with the ability to address and resolve client issues efficiently.
