Job description
A company is looking for a Remote Medical Support Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Perform high volume outbound calls for benefits investigations
Provide customer support to patients regarding prescription benefits
Verify insurance, billing, and medical information accurately
Required Qualifications
1+ year of recent call center experience
Knowledge of medical terminology or prescription benefits is a plus
High School Diploma or equivalent
Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office setup
Must be able to pick up equipment in Irving, TX
