Job Description :

  • Our team takes pride in fostering long-term tenancies and providing exceptional resident support, including 24 / 7 access to maintenance services.
  • We are seeking a vibrant, entrepreneurial individual to join our team as a Porter.

  • Ensure the cleanliness and safety of common areas, hallways, and exterior grounds.

    • In This Role You Will :

  • Pick up and drop off various items, such as heaters, from supply houses.
  • Maintain cleanliness across all common areas and grounds, including sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
  • Assist with light maintenance and report safety hazards or maintenance issues to the Property Manager.
  • Support the property management team by completing special projects as needed.
  • Ensure all areas are safe, clean, and presentable for residents and visitors.

    • Requirements :

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Previous custodial or janitorial experience is a plus.
  • Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting up to 50 lbs.
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to cleanliness standards.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

    • Other Qualifications :

  • Dependable and self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to follow instructions and work with minimal supervision.
  • Good problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible schedule availability preferred.
