Sr Manager, Billing Services

A company is looking for a Sr Manager, Insurance Discover Billing Services.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee operational management and capacity planning for billing analysts to optimize insurance identification and client recoveries

Manage billing operations, client communications, and ensure compliance with regulations and internal audits

Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and service level agreements (SLAs) to manage revenue performance

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred

Minimum of 5 years in revenue cycle management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

Experience with multi-specialty clients and various payer environments

Proficient in revenue cycle software and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

Must work on a shift schedule that overlaps with US working hours and be fluent in English
