Senior Legal Analyst

A company is looking for a Senior Legal Analyst to support the Legal Department with complex legal matters related to insurance and healthcare.

Key Responsibilities

Provide legal support and analysis to attorneys with limited guidance

Manage time-sensitive projects including legal research and contract review

Serve as a liaison to outside counsel and coordinate legal documentation

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; JD or paralegal certification preferred

4 or more years of legal experience

Experience with federal, state, or commercial contracting regulations

Background in contract law, healthcare, or benefits strongly preferred

Proficiency with legal research platforms and Microsoft Office Suite
