Senior Director, Legal Commercial

We are searching for a Senior Director, Legal Commercial who will be responsible for supporting Fuels Marketing in the growth and development of the company's retail network through multi-site retail acquisitions, joint ventures, sub-distributor agreements and long-term fuel supply agreements. This role will work under the direction of the Fuels Marketing / M&A Attorney and supervise a team of Transactional Workflow Attorneys. This position requires the ability to have the legal acumen and business background to make strategic decisions, provide sound legal advice, and mentor other lawyers on the team.

Pay Range :

$182,300.00 - $291,500.00

The pay range for this position is outlined above. The final amount offered at the start of employment is determined based on factors including, but not limited to, experience level, knowledge, skills, abilities and geographic location, and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department / team performance and market factors.
