Responsibilities :
- Collaborate with international factories to validate shipment documentation and packing lists.
- Ensure accuracy by cross-checking purchase orders with invoices and related records.
- Generate detailed invoices using QuickBooks and provide necessary documentation to customers.
- Maintain organized records of logistics and distribution activities.
- Perform thorough checks to ensure compliance with all shipment requirements.
- Utilize Microsoft Excel to track and analyze supply chain data.
- Communicate effectively with vendors and customers to address logistical concerns.
- Monitor and report on inventory levels to support operational efficiency.
- Assist with troubleshooting and resolving discrepancies in shipping processes.
- Handle workloads efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks for invoice generation and record management.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Excel for data analysis and tracking.
- Ability to perform meticulous checks for accuracy and compliance.
- Excellent communication skills for coordinating with factories and customers.
