Job description

Marketing Manager

Location : This role requires associates to be in-office 1 - 2 days per week, fostering collaboration and connectivity, while providing flexibility to support productivity and work-life balance. This approach combines structured office engagement with the autonomy of virtual work, promoting a dynamic and adaptable workplace. Alternate locations may be considered if candidates reside within a commuting distance from an office.

The Marketing Manager thinks strategically and end-to-end using data and insights to develop, manage and improve omni-channel campaigns. This role works as a true change agent, developing marketing strategies and directing content development, optimization, and personalization, including measurement plans and continuous improvement.

The candidate is a digital marketing leader who can demonstrate success in developing omni-channel marketing plans and working collaboratively with our behavioral health business unit and across the enterprise. An influential personality, proven ability to develop and tell stories, and demonstrated results in developing and executing marketing campaigns through end-to-end customer journeys fuel this role's success. The candidate needs to be organized, comfortable moving quickly, great at juggling priorities, results-driven, and passionate about continuous improvement.

How You Will Make An Impact :

Developing omni-channel marketing strategies based on business priorities, customer insights, and industry trends.

Builds market product / marketing plans.

Working with business partners and fostering multidisciplinary collaboration to create business cases and ensure the deployment of solutions that engage target populations.

Serves as a single point of contact on marketing issues and resolution.

Coordinates the development and review of communication materials with appropriate resources.

Leads development of marketing collateral to support marketing plans.

Coordinates with public relations to support marketing initiatives.

Provides leadership and direction to marketing support and creative staff.

Partner with the business unit to align on goals and prioritization to drive growth and engagement.

Be comfortable building and executing marketing strategies collaboratively with creative, business, growth, and account partners for multiple products across many audiences.

Minimum Requirements :

Requires a BA / BS degree and a minimum of 5 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences :

Managed care or healthcare experience preferred.

Behavioral health marketing experience preferred.
