Current, valid LPN license in the State of Missouri
High school diploma or equivalent
COVID-19 vaccination (or willingness to receive)
Provide skilled nursing care in accordance with physician orders and resident care plans
Monitor residents' health and report changes in condition
Administer medications and perform routine medical tasks (wound care, vitals, specimen collection, etc.)
Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
Document resident history, vital signs, and care interventions
Foster resident engagement and social interaction
Work closely with RNs, CNAs, and the Director of Nursing to deliver top-tier care
Ensure a safe, supportive, and respectful environment for all residents
