Client Account Manager
Job Summary : As the Client Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of client accounting operations within our organization.
You will lead a team of talented accounting professionals and work closely with clients to ensure accurate financial reporting, timely billing, and effective collection processes.
Your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining strong client relationships and driving the financial success of our company.
Responsibilities : Manage and supervise a team of accountants, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and company guidelines.
Oversee the preparation and analysis of financial statements, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting. Collaborate with clients to understand their accounting needs and provide expert guidance and support.
Review and approve client invoices, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and adherence to contractual terms. Monitor accounts receivable activities, implement effective collection strategies, and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.
Conduct regular financial analysis and prepare management reports, providing insights and recommendations to senior management.
Stay updated with industry trends, accounting standards, and regulatory changes, and incorporate them into accounting processes.
