We are currently seeking a seasoned Restaurant Assistant General Manager for our Surprise, AZ location. This person will play a vital role in shaping the culture of the restaurant, working tirelessly towards ensuring maximum team member engagement and guest satisfaction.
As a Restaurant Assistant General Manager, your key responsibilities will include :
- Shaping the restaurant culture and working towards high levels of team member engagement and guest satisfaction.
- Assisting in achieving all budgeted financial goals, including income, sales, costs, etc.
- Participating actively in the interviewing, hiring, training, and development of team members.
- Scheduling team members efficiently while ensuring maximum cost-effectiveness.
- Supervising responsible and ethical cash management for the location.
- Ensuring maintenance of sanitation and cleanliness guidelines per the organization's directives.

To qualify for the position of Restaurant Assistant General Manager at Surprise, AZ, the following are required :
- A High School Diploma or GED equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in a restaurant setting.
- Must be able to read and write English, follow and assign verbal and written instructions, and use math.
- Training in all aspects of the restaurant, including but not limited to waiting tables, prep work, and pizza preparation.
- Ability to speak Spanish is considered an asset.
