We're growing and looking for a Marketing Graphic Designer to join our team! At Accountable2You, accountability isn't just something we talk about, but how we live, work, and create. It's proactive, intentional, and woven into everything we do. As part of our Marketing team, you'll help bring that conviction to life through design that's thoughtful, clear, and true to our mission. Do you share our passion for accountability, love our core values, and have a gift for creative design? Read on!
What's the starting salary range?
Depending on your experience, this full-time salaried role offers between $50,000 and $80,000 annually.
What makes the Accountable2You Marketing team different?
At Accountable2You, accountability isn't a band-aid solution but rather a way of life. It shapes how we think, create, and communicate. Our Marketing team lives out that conviction daily-designing with integrity, writing with honesty, and leading with purpose. We don't chase trends or quick wins; we pursue clarity, consistency, and truth in every project we touch. Every campaign, graphic, and message is crafted to reflect what it means to live transparently before others. As a Marketing Graphic Designer, you'll collaborate closely with the Digital Marketing Manager and key stakeholders to turn strategy into clear, on-brand creative across web, email, ads, social, sales, and conference materials. Our brand voice is calm, clear, and empathetic. We believe great design doesn't just look good. It builds trust, encourages openness, and helps others see the beauty of living accountably.
What does a normal day look like?
Your day starts by checking Jira to see what's on deck. You'll have a quick standup with the Digital Marketing Manager to sync up on goals, priorities, and any blockers. Then it's time to create! You'll move from strategy to concept to polished design in Figma or Adobe, turning ideas into visuals that inspire action and reflect our mission.
Feedback is a normal part of the rhythm here, so you'll share your work, collaborate with teammates, and refine quickly so projects move forward with excellence. Between tasks, you'll help maintain and improve our brand system by updating templates, icons, and design components that keep everything consistent and efficient. You'll also keep an eye on how your designs perform, capture what's working (and what's not), and use those insights to make the next round even stronger. You'll collaborate often with our different teams to make sure every asset connects clearly with the intended audience. And through it all, you'll design with creativity and conviction.

- You're a flexible and proactive doer. You own outcomes, anticipate needs, and jump in where you can add value, especially during launches and conferences.
