As an Insurance Customer Service Representative , youll be the trusted guide for our clients, providing outstanding service and proactive support throughout their insurance journey. Youll handle inquiries, assist with policy updates, and build lasting relationships that foster loyalty and peace of mind. This position offers flexibility and growth within a team that believes in empowering its people.

• Base pay : $50,000-$60,000 (based on experience)
• Hybrid remote schedule after training is complete
• Paid time off (PTO) and parental leave
• Monday-Friday schedule with evenings and weekends off
