Our Route Drivers are valuable consumer facing associates who service local customers' breakrooms and facilities. We are seeking coffee lovers for route sales and delivery of office coffee and refreshments.
We offer a hands-on training program to ensure you're empowered with the knowledge, skills and tools needed to be successful in your role.
No CDL required, 5 day work week in local area. This role supports our coffee and pantry operations.
Responsibilities :
- Running a pre-scheduled route of existing customer locations.
- Properly stocks and merchandises coffee stations at an assortment of customer location types.
- Interacts with customers and offering new and exciting products.
- Regularly cleans and maintains equipment on site following established protocols.
- Communicates customer or equipment-related concerns or issues to supervisor or technical service department as appropriate.
- Maintains professional appearance and attitude when interacting with customers in the field.
- Maintains a clean and organized route vehicle.
- Verifies the accuracy of product being delivered.
Requirements :
- One year of relevant customer sales or route sales experience preferred.
- Valid Drivers license and acceptable driving record, required.
- Must demonstrate effective and professional communication, passion for customer service, and organizational skills.
- Must be able to work independently, and as part of a team.
