Duties

• Manage case files and maintain accurate records using document management systems like Lexitas and MyCase
• Perform document review and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Interview clients and witnesses to gather pertinent information for cases.
• Provide executive administrative support to attorneys as needed, including scheduling meetings and managing calendars.
• Assist in litigation processes by preparing trial binders and exhibits.
• Maintain organized filing systems for electronic documents.
• Collaborate with clients on various legal matters, including landlord-tenant issues, immigration law, personal injury claims, and workers' compensation cases.
